Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our US hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a capable individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.

You'll help Mirantis scale—hiring people who shape our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and GTM execution.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
Experience recruiting across cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure.
Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and strategic input on hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles.
Drive direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results.
Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions and sourcing feasibility.
Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience.
Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows.
Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently.
