Mirantis is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced talent team. You will own complex interview logistics, time-zone coordination across the Americas and EMEA, and proactive candidate communication to keep recruiters focused on closing top talent.

You’ll maintain clean data in SmartRecruiters, coordinate multi-interviewer loops, live coding setups, and post-interview feedback to sustain pipeline momentum. 3+ years in tech recruiting coordination preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a recruiting coordination role within tech or software environments
• Experience coordinating complex interview loops and multi-interviewer sessions
• Strong calendar coordination across global time zones (Americas, EMEA) and virtual interview setup

Responsibilities

• Own complex interview logistics and candidate communication.
• Map out calendars across global teams to schedule interviews quickly and smoothly.
• Maintain post-interview scorecards and feedback to keep momentum.
• Keep data in the ATS clean and accessible for recruiters and hiring managers.
