Qualifications

• Anticipates recruiter needs before bottlenecks occur.
• Careful with time zones, interview links, and scheduling details.
• Communicates warmly and clearly with candidates.
• 3+ years in recruiting coordination within software, cloud infrastructure, or tech environments.
• Familiar with modern ATS platforms, calendar tools, and AI assistants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior recruiters to manage pipeline momentum and multi-interview loops.
• Map and manage calendars across Americas and EMEA for fast, seamless interviews.
• Provide warm, proactive candidate care with prep packages and virtual interview rooms.
• Maintain post-interview scorecards and fast feedback to minimize friction.
• Keep ATS data clean and organized for quick progress visibility.
