Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead a 6-month contract for North America remote hiring. You will own a full slate of technical requisitions—from engineering to AI/ML—and run end-to-end recruiting in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You will build sourcing plans, conduct technical screens, coach hiring managers, and ensure fast, high‑touch candidates’ experiences from outreach to offer, while aligning with multi‑market timelines.

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in engineering, AI/ML, and product hiring.
Experience managing 8–12 concurrent requisitions across multiple markets/geographies.
Strong technical fluency to discuss languages, frameworks, and architecture.
Experience in regulated/high-compliance industries (healthcare/med-tech) preferred.
Proven ability to build sourcing strategies from scratch.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ requisitions across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product.
Partner with engineering/product leaders to refine role scope, success profiles, and timelines.
Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search.
Conduct technical screens covering languages, frameworks, and architecture.
Own Greenhouse lifecycle end-to-end: intake, pipeline hygiene, scorecards, reporting.
Design structured interview processes and debriefs for fast, confident hiring decisions.
Lead offer strategy and negotiation with People team.
Deliver a high-touch experience for senior/Executive candidates from outreach to offer.
Surface pipeline risks and market realities proactively.
