Job summary

Prenuvo is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, work directly in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter, and drive fast, high‑quality hires across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product.

You will build sourcing plans, screen for Python/Go/Java/TypeScript, and partner with leaders to shape role scopes and timelines while delivering a polished candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience owning 8–12+ concurrent technical requisitions
• Ability to discuss programming languages, frameworks, and architecture well enough to source and screen credibly
• Hands-on expertise in Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ concurrent requisitions across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role scope and hiring timelines.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referrals.
• Conduct technical screens evaluating languages and architectures.
