Agile Defense, LLC seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to own a full portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions up to TS/SCI with polygraph. You will partner with Program Managers, Directors, and Capture leads, delivering results across the recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced national security environment.

Qualificações

• Proven track record owning full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up to TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience coaching Recruiter I and II.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience improving processes, tools, or workflows with hiring managers.
• Interest in applying AI to recruiting and understanding where automation fits.
• Experience building diverse candidate slates and interview panels.
• Knowledge of federal contract cycles and staffing plans.

Responsabilidades

• Own a full portfolio of senior stakeholders and cleared requisitions across programs.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters with measurable improvements.
• Identify process or workflow gaps and present concrete recommendations.
• Deliver on the hardest searches with limited oversight.
• Refine AI-assisted recruiting practices and share insights with the team.
• Partner with hiring teams to build diverse finalist slates without lowering qualifications.
• Report to VP of Talent Acquisition and manage 15-20+ concurrent requisitions while coordinating with HR, Security, and contracts staff.
