Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own a full portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions up to TS/SCI with polygraph. You will mentor junior recruiters, work with Program Managers, Directors, and Capture leads, and help shape recruiting strategy across the team.

You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, drive process improvements, and apply AI-enabled practices to deliver superior candidate experiences while advancing diverse hiring slates.

Formación

• Demonstrated track record independently owning full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up to TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Coaching junior recruiters to improve ownership, compliance, or candidate experience.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions based on data.

Responsabilidades

• Own a full portfolio of senior, cleared requisitions across multiple stakeholders.
• Mentor Recruiter I/II teammates and drive measurable coaching outcomes.
• Lead or contribute to process improvements with data-backed recommendations.
• Deliver strong results on the hardest searches with minimal oversight.
• Apply AI-enabled, human-led recruiting practices and share learnings with teammates.
• Partner with senior hiring teams to build diverse, representative finalist slates.
