Socrates Systems seeks a senior technical recruiter to own the interview process, manager relationships, and every pipeline call from day one. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across all engineering roles, build structured processes, and calibrate interview loops with hiring managers, starting with the CTO.

Formación

• 8+ years of technical recruiting with ownership of process design and strategy.
• Experience as the senior-most or sole technical recruiter at an early-stage company.
• Proven track record building hiring processes from scratch and defending them.
• Experience running interview loops and calibration sessions with hiring managers.
• Fluent with ATS/pipeline tools and able to discuss leveling and comp bands.
• Comfortable talking about equity (ISOs) with candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting from open req to signed offer across all engineering roles.
• Run the interview process: scorecards, structured loops, and manager calibration.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers, starting with CTO/Head of Engineering.
• Monitor pipeline health and address bottlenecks and drop-offs.
• Shape recruiting strategy, leveling, comp bands, and sourcing channels.
