Braintrust is seeking a Technical Recruiter to shape how we grow our engineering teams. You will own end-to-end recruitment for core technical roles, partnering with leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and close exceptional candidates.

You will help candidates understand equity options and long-term growth, while building scalable recruiting processes and a MVP-level hiring system. This role thrives on ambiguity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers.
• Experience discussing equity, ownership, and growth with candidates.
• Strong relationship-building and advisory skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing to offer and acceptance.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define roles and calibrate talent.
• Communicate Braintrust's mission clearly to candidates and guide them through the process.
• Improve recruiting strategy, interview process, and candidate experience as we scale.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of top technical talent and passive candidates.
• Track metrics and use data to inform recruiting decisions.
