You will partner with Mission Readiness leaders, drive sourcing strategies, conduct high‑volume interviews, and champion candidate experience while representing the Anduril brand with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a high‑volume full‑cycle recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with senior level leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive hiring strategy end‑to‑end and provide clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct high volumes of interviews and influence hiring manager decisions.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referrals.
• Build talent maps and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team at the highest caliber.
