The Phoenix Group in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions in a fast-paced agency environment.

This hybrid role requires reliable commuting three days per week and offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission, plus benefits and access to leading recruiting technology. You will partner with clients to deliver top IT talent and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent staffing agency or internal recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers through acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to deliver top talent.
• Utilize Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered recruiting tools, and modern sourcing platforms.

The Phoenix Group Advisors is a boutique staffing firm head quartered in Midtown Manhattan. We specialize in Technology, Accounting & Finance, Legal, Administrative, and Human Resources staffing on both Direct Hire and Consulting engagements. We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to build long-term success with a collaborative team.

Location Requirements

• Hybrid position based in Midtown Manhattan
• In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Remote Monday and Friday
• Summer Fridays with early office closure
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan three days per week

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Coordinate interviews and manage offersthrough acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to deliver top talent

• Contribute to the continued growth of our Technology division
