Job summary

Pierpoint International, a leading RPO with a national footprint, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support a healthcare performance improvement organization. You will manage end-to-end recruiting across software, AI, QA, and architecture roles, partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and pipelines.

You will conduct candidate screens, manage high volumes, and guide stakeholders through interviews and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or staffing environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles such as software engineers/developers, AI engineers, quality engineers, solutions architects.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for Software Developers, Quality Engineers, AI Engineers, Solutions Architects, and related roles.
• Handle high volume of openings and multiple priorities.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn and sourcing platforms.
• Screen candidates to assess experience, qualifications, interests, and compensation expectations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
• Support hiring managers through interviews and selection while ensuring compliant processes.
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Use Workday Recruiting to manage candidates, activities, and requisitions.
