The ideal candidate will have at least four years in high volume recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position may require travel up to 50% of the time and is focused on finding talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full life-cycle high volume recruitment experience.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
