Job summary

Circadia Health is seeking a mid- to senior-level technical recruiter to source, engage, and close engineering and product talent as we scale nationally in senior care tech. You will own end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to close, and work with leadership to align hiring with the roadmap and company strategy.

This role requires 5 days in the El Segundo, CA office during onboarding, then a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical talent acquisition or people leadership, preferably in high-growth startups.
• Proven experience hiring software engineers across distributed or remote teams.
• Built recruiting infrastructure and processes from scratch in fast-growth contexts.
• Deep understanding of the tech industry, engineering roles, and market dynamics.
• Owned time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention metrics.
• Strong analytics mindset with recruiting dashboards and forecasting.
• Excellent communicator able to influence executives and engineering leaders.
• Thrives in high-urgency startup environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles from sourcing to close.
• Build scalable sourcing strategies, referrals, and outbound pipelines.
• Partner with engineering & product leadership to forecast needs and align hiring plans.
• Develop interview frameworks, assessments, and competency models.
• Improve time-to-fill while maintaining candidate experience and rigor.
• Scale the recruiting function with clear metrics and development paths.
• Maintain recruiting operations data, dashboards, and forecast risk.
• Be an ambassador for Circadia's mission, expectations, and culture.
