Job summary

Plenful, a healthcare operations AI platform, is seeking a technical recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams.

You will partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate scope and seniority, and design proactive sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill roles. You’ll screen candidates with a strong technical lens and guide hiring managers on market conditions and compensation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in B2B SaaS startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Proven ability to hire both high-volume engineering roles and senior/specialized technical talent (backend, platform, infrastructure, ML).
• Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate scope and seniority, and align on hiring priorities.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using outbound, referrals, and market mapping.
• Screen candidates with a strong technical lens and startup mindset.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and tradeoffs.
• Manage candidate experience from first touch through offer close with clear communication.
• Drive automated process improvements across outreach, interviewing, calibration, and closing.
• Track pipeline health and identify hiring risks early.
• Collaborate with People and Finance to support headcount planning and scalable recruiting practices.
