Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruiting for hardware, production, and manufacturing roles on a hybrid basis. This 6-month contract offers potential extension up to 18 months and possible conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.

You will partner with Production leaders to define hiring needs, drive process improvements, and build a high-caliber team for a fast-growing defense technology company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience.
• Experience working with senior leaders and reporting on progress.
• Experience recruiting for hardware, production, or manufacturing roles.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Ashville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and manage interview-to-offer ratios.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Represent the brand and recruiting team with high professionalism.
