• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Hardware/Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Ashville, OH office.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, and process improvement.
• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and influence interview-to-offer conversions.
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings.
• Build talent maps to inform engagement strategies and market insights.
• Drive diverse talent pipelines and ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team at high professional standards.
• Collaborate with internal resources and cross-functional partners to sell our value proposition.
