Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter for Production Engineering/Operations on a hybrid schedule in Ashville, OH. This 6-month contract role has the potential to extend to 18 months and may convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, production, and manufacturing engineering, collaborating with Production leaders to define hiring needs, improve processes, and maintain high talent standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience hiring top-tier talent.
• 1+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders; reporting on progress.
• Experience recruiting hardware, production, or manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid at Ashville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals.
• Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy; provide clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct high-volume interviews; influence hiring manager preferences.
• Build talent maps and drive diverse candidate pipelines.
• Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team externally.
