Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top talent.
• 3+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress.
• Experience recruiting in agencies or fast-paced startups for hardware, production, or manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SME in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval and candidate management.
• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle with effective communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager expectations.
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and campaigns.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization with a positive candidate experience.
• Represent the company brand and recruiting team at high caliber.
• Collaborate with internal teams to sell value proposition and hiring practices.
