ModRetro Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build the teams behind our next generation of consumer electronics.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across hardware engineering, software engineering, and manufacturing, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to identify exceptional talent who want to build durable physical products. You will operate autonomously, shaping job descriptions, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and leveling across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical functions.
• Ability to recruit across multiple disciplines, including hardware, software, and manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions with minimal oversight.
• Advising hiring managers on talent strategy and interview plans.
• Influence stakeholders using data and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, focusing on hardware and software engineering and manufacturing.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership, shaping job descriptions and interview plans.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and industry channels.
• Identify hiring challenges and drive recruiting processes forward with minimal oversight.
