Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware to lead technical hiring for hardware and robotics roles. This remote role partners with founders and engineering leaders to align on hiring needs, strengthen sourcing strategy, and keep top candidates engaged throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, urgency, and market insight to deliver an excellent candidate experience while supporting growth into large-scale operations in transportation tech.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technical fields.
• Strong background in sourcing candidates for robotics, autonomy, and hardware roles.
• Proven success in creatively attracting and recruiting talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.
This role will own technical hiring for hardware and robotics-related positions, helping the organization build a high-performing team in a fast-moving, scaling environment. You will partner closely with founders and engineering leaders to align on hiring needs, strengthen sourcing strategy, and keep top candidates engaged throughout the process. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, urgency, and strong market insight to help deliver an excellent candidate experience while supporting growth into large-scale operations.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
