Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking three full-cycle technical recruiters to partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and Design Engineering leaders. You will source, engage, manage, and close high-performing candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, becoming a subject-matter expert in hardware recruiting.

You will design targeted sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and advocate for an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations.
Proven ability to source passive talent and fill early- to mid-career roles.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
Experience negotiating offers and using closing strategies to secure top talent.
Experience improving recruiting processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Source, engage, manage, and close high-performing candidates across the full recruiting lifecycle.
Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting and partner with senior leaders to identify top talent.
Develop and implement creative strategies to engage passive candidates and leverage market insights.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering.
Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
