Job summary

AeroVect, based in South San Francisco, seeks a senior recruiter to lead sourcing for robotics, autonomy, and hardware roles. You will partner with founders and engineering leaders to align hiring objectives and develop an outstanding candidate experience.

Expect to build a robust talent pipeline through innovative sourcing methods, networking, and events, while helping AeroVect scale toward major airport initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing.
• Proven track record in sourcing technical talent in robotics, autonomy and hardware.
• Experience with ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or similar).
• Experience with fast-growing startups and scaling teams.
