Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a world-class engineering team focused on autonomy, robotics, and hardware as we scale to serve major airports.

You will source top talent in a competitive market, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract leaders in cutting-edge hardware. This full-time role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and attracting talent.
• Proven track record of recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
• Experience with ATS systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and other ATS.
• Experience with fast-growing startups.

• Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.
• Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups.

Compensation Range: $120K - $170K
