Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a senior recruiter to build a world-class pipeline for robotics, autonomy, and hardware roles. You will partner with the founders, engineering leaders, and the principal recruiter to understand objectives and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You will apply innovative sourcing techniques, engage with events and marketing, and work with fast-growing teams as AeroVect scales toward major airports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware.
• Experience with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or similar).
• Experience with fast-growing and quick-scaling start-ups.
• Bonus: experience hiring GTM roles such as sales and operations.
