The role focuses on owning a full recruiting desk, collaborating with leadership, and leveraging AI tools to streamline sourcing and screening across various engineering domains.

You will build strategic sourcing campaigns, gain deep industry and venture-capital exposure, and ensure a superior candidate experience while expanding the company’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles, including agency, in-house, or VC.
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and through other creative sourcing channels.
• High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles.
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and efficiency.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent.
• Learn to influence and partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data and metrics.
• Gain industry and business acumen on the Physical AI, autonomous vehicle, and Venture Capital landscape.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand.
