• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting for software/ML roles.
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI.
• Strong business partnership skills with data-driven influence on hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• High ownership mindset with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers.
• Be a consultative partner with research leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and long-term talent strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and productivity.
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes assessing technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes for efficiency and growth.
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill to optimize hiring velocity.
• Mentor and enable other recruiters to raise the bar for technical recruiting.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen Applied Intuition's talent brand.
