Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles.
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and other channels.
• High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly.
• Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles.
• Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and productivity.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent.
• Learn to influence and partner with leadership using recruiting data and metrics.
• Gain industry and business acumen on the Physical AI and autonomous vehicle space.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and promote a compelling talent brand.
• Negotiate and close candidates to fill critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor.
