Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI.
• Strong business partnership skills with data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire software and ML engineers.
• Be a consultative partner with research teams and stakeholders on hiring needs and talent strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and productivity.
• Lead structured interview processes assessing technical excellence and problem solving.
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes for efficiency.
• Provide data-driven funnel insights to optimize hiring velocity.
• Mentor and enable other recruiters to raise the bar for technical recruiting.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the talent brand.
