Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to attract, hire, and retain top technical and automotive talent. You will define strategies, build diverse, inclusive pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers across functions to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You’ll lead an agile, data-driven team, drive employer branding, and manage relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including technical and automotive recruiting.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting from intake to close.
• Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align needs and target profiles.
• Passively source candidates via personalized outreach and networks.
• Advocate for DEI initiatives internally and externally.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit for roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to extend offers and hire top talent.
