• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align job descriptions and target profiles.
• Pursue passive candidates via personalized outreach and diverse channels.
• Source high-caliber candidates using networking, job boards, referrals and events.
• Partner with managers to extend offers and hire top technical talent.
• Maintain pipeline data integrity and share updates with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Recruiting, HR, Compensation and Diversity teams.
