Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to help attract, hire and retain top talent across a hybrid work model. You’ll drive DEI initiatives, partner with leaders, and manage a diverse candidate slate from intake to offer.

You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing passive and active candidates, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience; track record in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in global markets.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and manage a diverse slate.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Self-motivated, curious, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure alignment between job descriptions and target profiles.
• Persistent pursuit of passive candidates via personalized reach-outs.
• Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess suitability for positions.
• Source high-caliber active and passive candidates through networking, search tools, job boards, referrals, events, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to make offers and hire highly sought after technical talent in a competitive market.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders.

• Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy
• 5+ years of recruiting experience and value how recruiting can influence the inclusion

• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency with handling hard to close candidates in a competitive market
• Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets
• Own the entire candidate experience to provide an outstanding experience to our candidates from initial contact to closing an offer
• Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice
• You are curious. You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $70-$80/hr.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
