Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to attract, hire, and retain top technical and automotive talent for a challenging hybrid role. You will engage with hiring managers, drive DEI initiatives, and lead sourcing for hard-to-fill positions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from intake through close, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including technical and automotive recruiting.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, offer, and close.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close hard-to-recruit candidates in a competitive market.
• Experience recruiting in global markets and partnering with candidates or stakeholders across different locations and cultures.
• Own the candidate experience from initial contact through offer and close.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
• Persistent pursuit of passive candidates via personalized reach-outs.
• Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess suitability for positions.
• Source high caliber active and passive candidates through various methods and tools, including networking, search tools, job boards, referrals, events, etc.
