Job summary

Crane Company is seeking a high-urgency, full-cycle Technical Recruiter for a 2-3 month contract to support engineering, manufacturing and operations roles. The candidate will own the end-to-end process, from sourcing to offer, in a highly regulated, high-compliance environment.

Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in sourcing engineering talent and navigating complex hiring environments, with the ability to ramp up quickly and manage a full requisition load independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, especially in engineering/manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to source and recruit for highly technical roles including engineers and technicians.
• Experience with ATS and high-compliance, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for technical openings (engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations).
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche boards.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and compensation expectations.
