Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in engineering/defense/nuclear sectors.
• Experience sourcing engineering and technical talent for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong familiarity with background screening and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to ramp up within 48 hours and manage multiple requisitions independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and candidate negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for technical openings including engineers and technicians.
• Proactive sourcing to build a robust talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screening for behavioral and technical fit and compensation expectations.
• Collaborate with internal leadership, HR, and engineering managers.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and coordinate offers.
