Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to own niche technical hiring for Spark, covering Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Project Management, Quality, and Supply Chain. This six-month contract emphasizes market mapping, research, and persistent outreach over inbound pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on niche engineering, manufacturing, or hardware roles.
• Demonstrated success filling searches with small and largely passive candidate pools.
• Strong research and market-mapping skills, including passive outreach via sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for niche technical requisitions across manufacturing, engineering, and operations supporting Spark.
• Build pipeline from scratch through market mapping and sustained passive outreach.
• Run intake sessions to pressure-test role definition, must-have skills, and realistic candidate profile.
• Screen for technical depth and translate backgrounds into read on fit for hiring managers.
• Educate hiring managers on market size, timelines, and comp expectations for scarce profiles.
• Structure interview processes and technical assessments with hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage a high-complexity requisition load with minimal oversight.
• Keep pipeline data, notes, and status current in the ATS for leadership visibility.
