Job summary

Crane Company is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter for a 2-3 month contract to support engineering, manufacturing, and operations hiring. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, collaborate with engineering leaders, and ensure timely feedback and accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in engineering, manufacturing, defense, aerospace, nuclear, or power generation sectors.
• Proven sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards to fill hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with ATS (Workday a strong plus) and background-screening processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in heavy manufacturing and power industries.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Full Cycle Recruiting for technical openings across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipeline development using LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks.
• Candidate screening and behavioral/technical pre-screens to assess fit and compensation expectations.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and engineering leaders to align on requirements and timelines.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and support offer negotiations to close candidates.
