Job summary

American Crane & Equipment Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse set of roles across manufacturing, engineering, and field service. You will partner with Hiring Managers, design sourcing strategies, conduct structured interviews, and maintain compliant ATS records.

Ideal candidates will have full-cycle recruiting experience, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering or industrial recruiting valued.
• Experience with ATS; ADP Workforce Now experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned exempt and non-exempt requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Develop recruiting strategies based on role requirements, urgency, and market conditions.
• Review applications and evaluate qualifications against requirements.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical and behavioral fit.
• Provide evidence-based hiring recommendations to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain momentum with proactive candidate follow-up and interview coordination.
• Translate business needs into practical candidate-selection criteria and onboarding readiness.
