Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to support growth across ICE’s operations and acquisitions. You will lead complex searches spanning engineering, technical, and senior administrative roles, partnering with executives and HR to design and drive recruiting strategies.

The role requires strong sourcing, judgment, and discretion to support a multistate organization, including transition work for newly acquired companies and ongoing leadership hiring

Qualifications

• Proven success filling difficult-to-fill, senior-level or confidential positions.
• Excellent written communication, interviewing, organization, and relationship-management skills.
• Advanced passive-candidate sourcing using networks, platforms, and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage searches from intake through sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Recruit for engineering and technical disciplines across multiple functions and locations.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, HR, and acquired companies to align recruiting with business goals.
