The ideal candidate has 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a technical environment, with a focus on A/E/C, high-volume sourcing, and proficiency with LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search, and AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field required.
10+ years full-cycle recruiting in a technical environment.
5+ years in high-volume recruiting across targeted geographies or specialties.
Experience recruiting in A/E/C industry preferred with infrastructure focus.
Strong sourcing using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods.
Act as CHA brand ambassador and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Manage 20+ requisitions, adapt to fast-paced environment and new tools.
Source talent for specialized technical engineering roles; track metrics and reporting.
