Job summary

Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support growth across ICE’s operations and acquisitions. You will manage complex searches for engineering, technical, field, and senior-level roles, partnering with executives, HR, and leaders of acquired companies to drive strategy and successful onboarding.

The role emphasizes strong sourcing abilities, discretion, and the ability to support a growing multistate organization, with a hybrid remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business/Communications or related field.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure recruiting preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Proven success filling senior-level or confidential positions.
• Experience partnering with executives and senior hiring managers.
• Advanced passive-candidate sourcing using networks, platforms, referrals, and outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across disciplines, locations, and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding for engineering and technical roles.
• Partner with executives and HR to develop recruiting strategies and searches.
• Manage acquisitions recruitment and integration during growth.
• Provide staffing updates, market intel, and recruiting progress to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and metrics.
• Represent ICE at career fairs and industry events.
