Job summary

ICEYE, based in Southern California, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead technical recruitment for its aerospace and engineering teams in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, strategic relationship-building with VP/Director stakeholders, and building robust pipelines for critical technical roles.

You will leverage ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques to attract top talent, while driving data-informed decisions and scalable processes to support

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• 4+ years partnering with VP and Director-level stakeholders.
• 3+ years recruiting in the aerospace industry.
• Understanding of modern technology stacks and hardware development.
• Data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive and active technical candidates.
• Initiate and develop relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Analyze recruiting data to refine sourcing strategies and workflows.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes to support company growth.
• Track and report recruiting data to stakeholders and leadership.
• Work autonomously while adapting to evolving business needs.
