The ideal candidate has 10+ years in full-cycle recruiting within technical environments, with 5+ years in high-volume, geography-driven roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment.
• 5+ years in high-volume recruitment across geographic areas or specialties.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates.
• Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods.
• Serve as a CHA brand ambassador and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Manage an average of 20+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Source talent for specialized technical engineering roles using social platforms and tools.
• Track metrics, manage data/reporting, and optimize recruiting results.
