Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join the Human Resources Team in a remote, temporary full-time capacity supporting our Infrastructure sector.

You will partner with business leaders, drive recruiting strategies, and attract top engineering talent for nationwide projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical environments, with 5+ years in high-volume geographic areas and experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment.
• At least 5 years’ experience in high-volume, targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties.
• Experience recruiting in the A/E/C industry with infrastructure exposure preferred.
• Strong sourcing and vetting skills across multiple platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods.
• Serve as a CHA brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage an average requisition load of 20+ positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Source talent for specialized engineering roles using social media and recruitment tools.
• Track metrics, manage data/reporting, and optimize recruiting results.
