Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles in infrastructure.
• Recruit for Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors, CAD Technicians, PMs and related roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineering firms and infrastructure orgs.
• Generate new business via networking, referrals and industry connections.
• Source, screen, interview and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify passive candidates and cultivate client relationships.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and hiring practices.
• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and recruiting solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Meet recruiting, placement and business development goals consistently.
