Job summary

Continuum is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter in Chicago (West Loop) with a hybrid model (2 days onsite). You will own technical hiring end to end, partnering with the CEO, VP of Engineering, and People Operations to define what great looks like for each role and then close top talent.

You'll source, screen, and close candidates while building robust pipelines and advocating for a superior candidate experience. Expect fast, structured interviews and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting, in-house at a B2B software company growing quickly.
• Hired for highly specialized technical roles at all levels from ICs through Director/VP.
• Built recruiting processes from a blank slate, including intake, scorecards, interviews, and reporting.
• Large share of hires sourced directly by you.

Responsibilities

• Own technical hiring end to end across engineering, platform, integrations, data, product, and tech customer-facing teams.
• Build pipeline maps, outbound, referrals, and communities so openings aren’t created from zero.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate intake, scorecards, and debriefs to reach a decision.
• Design and run a fast, structured interview process with trained interviewers and predictive assessments.
• Own offers, compensation discussions, and onboarding in collaboration with People Ops.
