Huntress is a remote-first cybersecurity company seeking a Senior Technical Recruiting Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, drive searches from intake to close, and deliver data-driven updates.

The role emphasizes candor, persistence, creativity in sourcing, and a high bar for talent to scale our security capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.
• Experience hiring in growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent; cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews, screening, and evaluating technical candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles from intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build structured interview plans, and keep searches moving.
• Source and recruit candidates through industry groups, networks, and underrepresented talent communities.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess knowledge, experience, aptitude, and compensation alignment.
• Deliver analytical recruiting updates and reports to help leaders make pipeline decisions.
• Build and improve AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting.
• Manage online job postings and related social media content.
