Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Tacoma, WA or Santa Clara, CA. This 6-month contract role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Americas, collaborating with managers across the US and Canada.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, directly source top-tier enterprise tech talent, and drive offers while ensuring a premier candidate experience and rigorous documentation in ATS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive recruiting experience, including agency work.
• Experience hiring for enterprise tech talent with cultural fit.
• Strong experience with ATS and online sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting with strong hiring-manager partnerships.
• Source candidates directly and build talent pipelines.
• Drive offers in collaboration with stakeholders and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and reporting systems.
• Support onboarding and provide a world-class candidate experience.
• Conduct recruiting research and prepare reports as needed.
