• Experience hiring across LATAM and the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles; support non-technical as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and strategy.
• Source and engage top LATAM and US technical talent via AI tools.
• Build and maintain pipelines across regions and talent segments.
• Do initial screens for technical and culture fit.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage pipelines in Greenhouse with accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with recruiters to support global hiring.
• Provide light regional coordination for interview processes.
• Use data to track pipelines and improve recruiting strategies.
