Job summary

Niantic Spatial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 3-month contract to own end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, research, operations, and corporate functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers, shape search strategy, and manage offers to close top talent.

The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) and a focus on building a robust recruiting process during a growth phase.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven success hiring software engineers, ML engineers, AI researchers, product managers, and business professionals.
• Strong sourcing from LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles from intake to close.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Build proactive sourcing plans to reach high-caliber candidates across functions.
